No matter how old you are, whether you’re working or having a career break, we can help you develop, do an apprenticeship or traineeship or get an Advanced Learner Loan to help with the cost of further studies.

Our health and wellbeing team will help you will feel motivated and confident again. We can help you find the right social activities, get physically active or access professional support. And we know all about different ways to make everyday living more accessible. If you’re not sure where to look for the opportunities, need help with your CV and interview practice or would like to explore a new sector, we can help you navigate around so you find the right path to a rewarding job. Whether you’re entering the job market for the first time or are an experienced senior executive, we will get you your dream career.

We are always looking for extra pairs of hands – have you considered joining one of our volunteering programmes? You will gain valuable work experience, develop your skills, become more confident, all while giving something back to your local community. We have got a wealth of opportunities on offer to suit your interests and skills – from giving your time in one of our 50 shops, mentoring others to help them find a job to sharing your life experience with students at our schools.
By shopping in one of our 50 stores across the UK or in our eBay shop you will help raise money to support the work we do in our local communities. Or you can visit one of our horticulture social enterprises which provide meaningful work for disabled people and community support, where you can buy plants, wood furniture and relax over a cup of coffee.
