Support to stay well in work

Whether you’re thinking of returning to work after a period of health-related absence, or, as an employer you want to ensure a wellbeing approach for your staff, ensuring you have the right health and wellbeing support in place is really important.

We have a number of local services (geography specific) as well as specialist support, training and resources on hand to give advice and guidance making sure that your work experience or workforce is sustainable.This focus on wellbeing will help achieve your goals and reach your full potential.

Get Back on Track

Get Back on Track is a service designed to support individuals living within Islington, who are having problems at work that affect their health. Guidance is offered to help individuals when they it the most. Support is offered for a variety of problems such as work-related stress, disputes in the workplace, returning to work after absence, handling grievances, disciplinaries, appeals, and settlements, help is also provided for managing mental health issues in difficult work environments.

Suffolk Wellbeing Service

Suffolk Wellbeing Service Funded by Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT), and through the Joint Work and Health Unit’s Employment advisers in IAPT fund. This service works as part of Wellbeing Suffolk and receives referrals through the assessments made by GPs and clinicians working within the service. People accessing the service will be experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety and depression as a result of their workplace situation. Our teams work with the participant to build their resilience and manage their workplace challenges; such as bullying, redundancy, increase in workload and strained relationships, in order to return to employment.

Our staff work alongside therapists embedded within the team to improve the overall wellbeing of participants.
