Terms and Conditions
We will hold bookings on a provisional basis up to a point where we have other organisations requiring the training on the same day or week. At this stage, we will contact you and ask you to either confirm or release your booking.
Note payment for the confirmation of booking should be made four weeks prior to the course start date.
Confirmation of Bookings
Once a booking has been requested via the Course Registration Form, we will send a confirmation outlining what has been agreed. This will include the agreed price and type of training being provided. Any amendments to these details should be sent in writing upon receipt. Once payment has been made your booking will be confirmed along with confirmation of payment and receipt.
If you require ongoing training with us we can set up a formal service level agreement.

If you cancel and have made payment within four weeks of the course being delivered we reserves the right to charge 50% of the total fee. If you cancel within two weeks, you will be charged at the full rate.
We reserve the right to cancel programmes up to six weeks before their start date if there are insufficient bookings.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and are only valid once receipt has been confirmed.
Please be aware that for some people, some of the topics covered on the MHFA two day course may evoke distressing feelings and emotions. Please notify the team ahead of the course if you have any concerns regarding this. All deligates will be asked on the training to ensure they are mindful of their own well being during the course.
