The West London Alliance Work and Health Programme

The West London Alliance Work and Health Programme is a service commissioned by West London Alliance. The programme is for people with health conditions or a disability, for those unemployed for more than two years, or for those at specific disadvantage in the labour market, to help them find a job.

West London Alliance

An individualised approach

The Work and health programme is different from other employment programmes because it recognises that everyone:

  • Is different
  • Has their own set of challenges
  • Has their own individual reasons for being out of work
  • Will have a different path to finding a job

It is not a “one-size” fits all approach.

That is why it works.
